The Edifice of the Central Administration Offices forms a western frontage of the Silesian Parliament Square in Katowice. It was built in the late 30s of the last century to accommodate the government offices, which were not housed in the Silesian Parliament. The office building was designed by modernist Witold Kłębkowski, who gave it the shape of a lying cuboid. Before the Second World War, there was a stone relief of a crowned eagle on the eastern facade of the southern projection. The work of Stanisław Szukalski was removed by the Nazis.
